Recorder SelectionI just want a small recorder, no budget, one or two phones, I can do it myself. We suggest the Upcorder for 2 or 4 phones or radios. This is connected to a PC via a USB cable. If the PC isn't on all the time, consider the Telecorder which has a hard drive in it and will continue to record when the PC is off. Small call center or dispatch, 4-8-12 or 16 phones and radios. The Total Recall Recorder model TRL is just the answer. Connect the phones and the network and you are up and recording. Easy to install. Inexpensive and easy to use. Must be the country's most popular recorder in its price range for over 8 years. Play back and manage over the network. Starting at 4 channels and is expandable to 16 channels. Popular with taxi, ambulance and ready mix dispatch. Just right for college campus police. The US military uses a lot of these. Little bit more formal, rack mount, up to 32 channels. The Total Recall Recorder, model TRR is rack mount, easy to use, easy to install, playback and manage over the network Comes in 4 channel steps to 32 channels. Who uses these? All the hospitals in San Diego County in California. Just right for corporate security departments. Larger call center, want a simple easy to use system, limited budget. We suggest the REVCORD recorder. Easy to use over the LAN. Least expensive call center recorder we know of. Expandable. Records analog phones and most digital phones. Large formal call center, all the bells and whistles. We suggest the Wygant Encore recording system from TeleDirect. All I have is a need to record and no budget.
